Motivación de logro, actitud hacia el trabajo, satisfacción laboral y compromiso organizacional

En este estudio se evaluó el efecto de la Motivación de Logro sobre el compromiso organizacional. Se hipotetizó un efecto directo y uno indirecto mediado por la actitud hacia el trabajo y la satisfacción laboral. Los sujetos fueron 163 trabajadores de una planta química. Todos de sexo masculino. El análisis de los datos se realizó mediante la técnica estadística del Análisis de Pasos. Los resultados dieron apoyo a las hipótesis formuladas. Se presentan algunas implicaciones de los hallazgos para las organizaciones.

 

Summary

In this study was assessed the effect of Achievement Motivation on organizational engagement It was hypothesized a direct and also indirect effect mediated by attitude to work and job satisfaction. Subjects were 163 male workers of a Chemical plant. Statistical technic of Step Analysis was used. Results supported hypothesis. Implications of these findings are discused.
