Traducción y Validación Psicométrica de la Escala de Disposición al Cambio Readiness for Organizational Change con una Muestra de Población Trabajadora Puertorriqueña

Resumen


El objetivo de este estudio fue traducir al español y examinar las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala de Disposición al Cambio de Holt et al. (2007). La muestra estuvo compuesta por 254 personas de diferentes sectores laborales trabajando en Puerto Rico. Nuestros resultados proveyeron una escala traducida por expertos y evaluada por jueces profesionales con conocimiento y experiencia en el tema. Los análisis estadísticos confirman la estructura de cuatro factores de la escala (adecuación del cambio, apoyo gerencial, eficacia para el cambio y valencia personal) con nivéleles de confiabilidad aceptables. Concluimos que la escala es un instrumento adecuado para medir la disposición al cambio en un contexto laboral puertorriqueño y que se puede convertir en una herramienta práctica de uso en las organizaciones. Este estudio realiza una aportación significativa a la literatura científica y a las herramientas prácticas para trabajar los cambios en las organizaciones.
